The RepOne Coach Dashboard comes preloaded with a basic set of exercises that you can use in programming and reporting. You can easily add new exercises and save them in the program builder.
To add an exercise, go to the program builder, and add a new movement.
Type in the full name of the exercise you want to add, then press Enter or select the option to create the new exercise. From now on, this exercise will be available in your program builder and reports.
