As of mid-November, we're making efforts to build an explicit order expedite policy that can both clarify our policy on expediting select orders, and help customers who are in a pinch. The policy is as follows.

Any customer who fits the following criteria can request their order be expedited. Customers who are doing research with RepOne and have firm deadlines for data collection. Team or education customers whose budget timelines require receiving orders by a certain date.  Professional customers who have particular or unusual impact due to COVID. Customers who are moving overseas and can provide proof of residence. A request is not guaranteed to be granted, and it based on our available supplies, and the time, day, or order in which your request is made. If an expedite is granted, it may only expedite your order by a small amount of time.
